Product Warranty

We provide shop warranty for 2 years of order from the purchase date. Please keep the invoice or order number for the record.

Some products have listed each special warranty detail in the product page, please check the warranty there and if you have questions about the product you after, contact 09 527 1602 for our sales team to assist your order purchase.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Product delivery price will be displayed on the checkout page, but not all product has presented the delivery price due to quantity requirement.

And If products which are without a delivery price will be calculated after purchase by our Account Team. Get an estimate before ordering on online.

How long will delivery take?

Stocked products – 1 to 3 Weeks for nationwide delivery

Non-stock products – 6 to 8 Weeks for manufacturer delivery to Auckland warehouse, and then 1 to 2 Weeks for nationwide delivery

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Our website is encrypted with SSL. Add using stripe payment gateway to handle credit card payments.

What exactly happens after ordering?
  1. After we have received the order you confirmed, we will quickly get our warehouse staffs to double the stock is available and contact you by email/call for delivery details if problems occur.
  2. After Payment confirmed, we will package products for delivery nationwide.

In the standard order procedure

Stocked goods will take upto 1 to 2 Weeks to arrive your address.

Non-stocked goods will take upto 6-8 Weeks to arrive your address

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we will email you the invoice by the time of your purchase.
